tinting the rear windows of my defender, is it chavvy

havent done the windscreen, looks done tho due to the rest being so dark, front door windows are dark smoke, back side doors rear door and little windows in rear and alpine windows all limo black lol

me thinks the front windows are a bit too dark, but always got mine down anyway :)
 
Be Aware dark smoke on the front door windows is illegal, i got pulled for mine luckily one of the coppers was ok and told me to remove it straight away otherwise i could drive it home with the front windows down and take it of at home but then i would have to inform them it had been removed and they would adventually send some one round to check it and it couldn't be driven untill it had been checked. This is what happens when someone tries to attack you through the windows.

I wouldn't say its chavvy, my dad recently did some for someone who has just left for morrocco, its not his job he just has a big roll of the stuff cos he put it on his disco, you can see out but no one can see in....

I'm going to get my rear windows done soon, and make a new sticker for the back...in bright pink, cos having the tint behind it makes it stand out more!!.......the best bit is it'll all be freeeeeeeee.....:D

I would say do it if you don't want people seeing in, and it can look good too.
 
Pink on black... :) I work in halfords, I can assure you that gets a very tiresome colour scheme :D Admittedly, never seen it on a LR though.

Last one i saw was today, someone had bought a black corsa, taken off the vauxhall and corsa badges, then stuck their own ones on, in pink, with the playboy bunny head as the 'o'. Then i saw the driver... Really not a playboy model... :O

Hmm, well I gotta have just a little bit of pink....im allowed :D But no playboy bunnies euggh, no way.....how chavvy, complete slag tag. :D

I probably wouldn't have any pink on a normal car but since I got 90, I do have to remind people I can still be girly......plus I like the colour on it! :D :D
 
well she's got a big "Dorris" pink sticker at the moment, so my money's on that but just spelt right :p :p :p

Am gonna get HEFFALUMP! on mine I think :D
 
actually now you say that I keep seeing these silly fooks running around in what looks like the new corsa? you know the bigger one, with thingys on the back saying freelander! I'm sure they're pretending to be landrovers you know!

excuuuuse me.....:D Its spelt right in my mind, I always thought it was double r, so thats the way it it now.....and why would I want it to be spelt like everyone else! :D

I have made 90 inches of pure pleasure ones quite alot, and laodsa other ones people come up with, for my back window im just going to get a new future sticker so people see it when behind me as well as next to me, :D it will be pink!! :D
