Stu, we can use the LT77 I have, its not the worlds best box BUT it is all there, should be fine for a trialler.

Just read from start to finish, great job mate.
Shame about the back plates.
Chuck them away and leave them off.They are to far gone to be worth spending the time on cleaning and painting so will fit new ones but they are not at the top of the list to spend on. And they can be changed at any point.

I've chucked them on a couple of cars with no problems and several have done it on L322's as they rust like feck, easy to cut off but a bugger to replace.I was thinking about that as it will primarily an off road toy and don't want them filling with mud. May do that before refitting, they were useful to sit the axle on when painting though.
