Hello all.
A t the first the drivers side seat stopped tilting forward on lifting the handle. A job to get round to. Now the other side has packed up, meaning it's a to do job, As that's where the Grand Kids go.
In short, has anyone done this repair before? Can not see it being that easy. Fingers crossed that some one can advise.
Thanks for your time in advance.

I did this on my front passenger seat a couple of years ago. Undo the seat back cover and you'll find the wire has popped out of the retaining bracket in the handle. Quite an easy fix if I remember rightly. If I can do it, anyone can!

Just to ask. How do you Undo the cover??
Thanks for any time on this

Mine was held together with some type of clip at the base of the seat cover. Pull those apart careful and you can slide the cover up and off.
There are loads of YouTube car seat refurb videos which show how it's done.

Solved the problem with these elecy blocks

One of the clips was missing , so made one from a wire coat hanger sort of diameter metal . strong and does the job.
Cheers all.
