I'm now loving using my Disco. It drives nice, starts first turn of the key, brakes are brill and I am now so used to the auto box that I am convinced its the better option over a manual.
Trouble is, now I've flushed the cooling system, changed the head gasket, replaced the front discs and calipers, given her a full and thorough service and sync'd a spare key I don't have anything to do.
When I had my 110 I was constantly tinkering and fixing things and of course chasing the rust away but the disco has none of these issues.
I have one possible activity to look forward to, 2" spring lift kit and maybe a full set of braided hoses, but when that's done, that's it other than an occasional waxoyling.
Can you get sufficient satisfaction from driving alone?
