Hi all,
Found a lovely commercial 110 (1988) but I really need a passenger one...converting big job as it's never had back seats before???

If so...Anyone wanna sell me some cheap back seats!!! ha:cool:

True...It wouldnt cost more than a grand to do it though you think? Can do nearly all the work myself..just need the bits and pieces....
ill put up a pic there in a min so you can see what it is......

depends on if you want new or used.

The rear door pillars alone are £300 EACH new and the rear doors are about £250 each new.

Then you need the rear tub, 88" sides etc

I see...looks like it shall cost a few bob then...was just thinking of fitting seats and belts, job done... i suppose it must be checked by a MOT tester or something once fitted...?

yeah it's a cool yoke!! Yeah it has the benches but can you sit on those legally on the road..or do i need to fit belts for that??? not too sure on the legality of seats and stuff...apologies!

It has chequerplate on the rear crossmember. I'd get it taken off so you can see the condition underneath before you buy it. It could be rotted through which may be a good bartering point.

Thanks for that Ratty..handy advice..you never know whats under it..could be rotten to ****....Ill have a look...overall its a grand machine!

No probs:)

Why do you need the extra doors? I looked into adding a single rear door on the passenger side only at one point. It would've halved the cost and kept the landy on the road as a full body change on the roadside is a bit time consuming.

I wont bother with extra doors..too much effort!! but back seats is what im after...just as long as i can have seats fitted and are road legal...dont mind about doors and stuff!

how many seats do you need? You could fit a pair of forward facing rear seats and then fit a wooden or mesh bulkhead behind them (with a central gap). It'd be a similar setup to a station wagon then.
