What's better the manual or automatic gearbox? I've decided that it's definitely going to be the Diesel version on the disco

We hadn't intended to get an auto, but the car was in such good nick when we went to see it that we thought, why not? Glad we did now, as it makes it quite a relaxing drive and copes with towing a horse trailer very well. When the car got written off, an autobox was a 'must have' when we went looking for a replacement .
