think ive ****ed off a hiker

on sunday having a look at memory maps at the local outdoor pursuit shop,
i fella came over to me,walking boots/walking trousers/walking fecking everything sat nav hanging on his belt, and he asked me if i knew anything about memory maps, i answered i know bugger all about them thats why i was looking at them. he was obviously an expert on them as he had "all the maps" and "takes people hiking all over the country " after him giving me a run down on them he asked me where i was looking to walk. WALK? i aint walking any where mate looking for some where to drive my land rover. after he picked his chin up off the floor he said OH RIGHT and promptly ****ed off. i'm sure i could hear his blood boiling as he waked away. that will teach the smug git to be smart arse

Those walkers should should have more respect for 4x4 drivers. It's 4x4 drivers who help keep the lanes open by preventing them from becoming overgrown!

yeah i know i've been pruning the local lanes with the sides of me 90

yup, to right, never see the ramblers out clearing overgrown footpaths, mind you maybe they arent so dull, they wait for us to sort out a lane then they get it tro'd

lol, do we need any more now that guy has brought a tow strap to replace his thong.

I'll be there for about 10ish as well.

We was out on Sunday and got the look of death from a few ramblers as out little convoy sailed past them

What way you going chris? Dan needs picking up from his mums house in bures and if your passing it would save me a 2 mile detour.

Blimey, a 2 mile detour. I think you should think of the damage that will do to the environment and leave Dan where he is.

Dans a good mate and for the record i dont mind going off to collect him while Everyone else goes off to the tea wagon without me.

He is currently building a serious off road beast based on a 110 that will certainly worry the ramblers. I'm hoping to blag a drive in it one day.

Yeah that will be nice, what time and where exactly..., I'll be coming down the A12 and off at Eight Ash Green - that was my plan

We usually meet in witham at laney's shop then head on up the a12. Think we then come off and go towards coggeshall. Shall see if they fancy meeting you both further up.
