think i only have rwd on freelander

think i only have rear wheel drive on my 1998 freelander. if this is the case what can i do. when i jacked up the front and span a wheel it sounded like a ratchet comin from the ird. help please

stick it air all wheels free . . .make sure its secure un put it in drive. . . .but fink clutchy summed it up really . . . .best oh luck earthling
