you forget Doc I have farmed for 20+ years and have had horses,used to breed and break them for riding or as driving horses, And showed them, as well as cattle and raised 17,000 market pigs a year. Also raised a few British whites cattle, British white are polled cattle and Parker are not, plus British white are stockier,beefier like Angus, and Parker are more rangy,thinner cattle in comparison.

not wrong, and I doubt that. Your cattle are no different than ours. As british breeds were brought to the US and are the main stay of the beef industry. Angus, Hereford, Galloway etc and there crossed breeds used in making a composite Breed;)

muds might be a horsey girl ...but she's grown up with cattle too .....and i did Agri science at o'level ..would have loved to have gone on to A's and uni ....but got sucked into the family business when my mum left..:rolleyes:


Don't you lot get tempted to go too close if the cows have calves ...they can get a bit ugly.

Has everyone managed the laning without breakage then?

17,000 pigs a year???,plus everything else like beating the vietnamese on your own,welding all those ships,working in a bar,having a renovation company.my you have been a busy chap.plus moving all over the country,how do you find time to be on here all day everyday????
