My grandma was telling me the other day about when my uncle was 17. He was a bmw/land rover apprentice. As soon as he passed his test they let him put his name on the list to use company cars.
He used to get pulled up at least once a week driving a 3, 5 or 8 series "just for looking young". He used to get pulled up outside the house and searched and once got pulled up twice on one journey home.
