ok ......i have to plead my case with dvla, i spoke to x and told him i will try me best ta prove he did this ilegally, thats his job gone, also told him i was gonna get as many fines as poss, cos he is down as last owner and he drives for a living so points wouldnt be good, he is gonna back me up in writing.
he scraped another car while we were together without a log book so he is gonna try and say he sent the wrong log book in. no letter has come from dvla ta comfirm me disco has bin sold for scrap, hopefully all i have to do is apply for a log book but its up to dvla so not sure yet whats gonna happen!!!
