How many times did you try the EKA? You need to open and shut the door after the second attempt or it gets arsy and starts locking you out for a longer and longer period before you can try again.

everything was working fine before I left the car for 3 weeks. the battery died for whatever reason. so I charged the battery hoping that would fix things but it hasn't. the key fob wont unlock the car. I've tried the EKA code and after 3 attempts it said key code lock out on the display, so I'm assuming the micro switches on the lock is working ok. ive tried the key in door pressing the lock then locking the car etc but that's not worked.. I'm at a total loss with it.....
 
I think arsy is an understatement...........somewhat. We've had laminate flooring installed to stop me chewing the carpets until "help" arrives in a van from the local institution.
 
Some people have luck sticking their hand in the window and manually moving the sill button at the same time as turning the key when entering EKA code. There is more than 1 microswitch required. If only 1 works it will think invalid code. Once lockout is reached you have to wait till it goes or you really will be in the cacky stuff.

other option is to check the Landyzone International Recsue and see if there is a member nearby with diagnostics.

wont be counting cost al as I reversed the charge !!!!!!!!! but thanks for answering ,,,ha ha ha now ive saved money I can ave a lie down then go buy CAKE !!!!!!!! hooray .ave a good flight back

Well Mozza sent me his information hes aquired over the years and he spent an hour on the phone to me too.... we finally got the beast up and running again. main thing to point out is that the battery needs to be fully charged and the bonnet needs to be shut.....
I'm so greatful to get this car up and going again. Its good to know that there are people out there who will give up their spare time to help a stranger out.....
