So two new rear callipers on the 90, drag missus screaming and fighting out of the house to help me bleed them up, explained what Im doing and what she needs to do.
Down she says I crack nipple fluid dribbles out, **** thinks i, try other calliper its the same, thoughts of balance shuttle valve or m/cyl and I want to take it to work later, this continues for a few minutes with me saying is the pedal down? yes she says its on the floor, cursing to myself I get out and go to try pedal myself to see her foot on the clutch pedal:rolleyes:
Try again with middle pedal and strangely it all goes to plan and takes 2 minutes tops.

Apparently its my fault as I didnt explain which pedal to press!

Heheheh, our lass now knows what to do and does it well for brake bleeding ...

Till I wanted to bleed the clutch after changing the clutch pipe ...;)

You know I have often looked at one of the auto bleed systems for just the same reason, the chuntering and complaining goes on all day.

A ten dollar old school oiling can a foot of tube and your off.....
That's exactly what I have used before but now use a pump up garden sprayer to force the fluid from the nipple into the reservoir.
It also makes it easier to open and close the nipple without having to "pump" the oil can at the same time.
Even works on the clutch which can be a bugger to bleed.

Mine now likes to get involved, despite the bleeding when I throw a spanner at her ... ;)
