That'll be why my heater is rubbish

It should be in tomorrow, not sure how I'll demonstrate how effective it's been as air doesn't come across well on film lol. I'll think of something, the way I see it things can only get better!

One thing I can say for sure is my nutsert tool is worth every penny I spent on it, every nut and bolt on the Landy is being replaced as I go!

Well it's all fitted now and it's an improvement, not exactly belting out the air but it is better. The lower vents are great throwing out loads of air but the de-mist is still lacking.

There's obviously more to do on the ducting behind the dash, it looks like a really poor system for getting the air up top and the lower vents don't seal to well.

I widened the aperture in the bulk head so I know there's plenty of air in there, it's just a matter of ducting it properly.

Overall the air flow is better and there's plenty of heat, it's a lot quieter now too, even on full whack! This is good as that's the only setting at the moment...

Just in case any one was wondering, thought I'd post a few pics:

This is the new heater box to bulk head seal compared to the actual opening in the bulk head:

The windscreen wiper motor sits behind the blanked out bit so I couldn't open it all the way up, I just made a couple of cuts and curved the bulk head as close as possible to the motor:

Sealed it all up and chassis blacked it all:

On the return journey then it was a bit better after I moved the wing ducting so it wasn't touching the fan blades - doh! I think this set up will be good enough once I get some ducting under the dash for the demist vents
