Had recently bought a Terrafirma RTC damper for my 110, used it for about 200km on road and then noticed that the aluminum spring retainer had cracked. Found it really funny that this happend with in city driving only. Must have been a one off defective part.
Anyhow shot of a few emails to David of Brookwell and Eddi of Allmakes and within a week a brand new replacement retainer was sent.
This is the kind of service one looks for. THis has put more faith in Terrafirma products. Will be buying more stuff from them.
