sounds like to me your starved off fuel im no pro/ but ive done a thew in my time first thing i would do is put a decent fuel filter on it make sure the seals around the filter is good to/ becouse you cant see in side the filter wen its running it mite be full off fuel but it mite be bubbling wen your running it and olso / no 2 and 3 reading seems a bit low a 200tdi is a blower off engine power power all the time ther is fuel lagg so should be pushing lot more out than that on all 4 i fink but i mite be total rong / 2nd look for millers injector cleaner take filter off empty nearly all the deasil out fill the filter to the brim with the millers this will decoke all the injectors pumps the lot i use this on every derv engine and it cleans it out good and proper ther will be a lot off smoke for couple secnd but after that presto better fuel economy better power garantee / the cleaner is called millers sportive deasil injector cleaner have a go iff this dont work pull the engine out and scrap it the welsh gyp
