spglobalparts without asking them to send me a replacement door handle were kind enough to send out a replacement handle and a striker although the striker was not required. I only explained the problems I was having and they offered to send out the replacement and offered to pay for return postage.
New handle now fitted and door now opens and closes as it should .
Very exceptional customer service especially as I purchased the doors over a few months ago and I was not too happy with them for not supplying a set of instructions or parts list with the series door kit but other than that they have been more than helpful. Other outlets could learn from these guys.
