TD5 Switches into 300TDI

HI i have fitted a new TD5 dash into my 300tdi and i have changed the speedo clocks but need to wire all my old switches to the Td5 ones. I have been looking and not to sure on how to do this. Do i need relays or does someone have the wiring sorted from the old switch to the new td5. I need the rear window wiper and wash, heated rear window ,Hazard,and Fog and where to get the plugs for the back of the td5 switches .Thanks

btw, where did you get the TD5 dash from? I'm after one, but given up on eBay...

Sorry i got mine on eBay a while ago but had to get it in bits at a time ie dash separate to the stereo housing . The dash bit was brand new but the stereo lump was a used part with some switches,enough for my defender .
