Easy replacement job or no.?
Not looked at it yet but its dead on the driveway. Thankfully it's not mine.

1 bolt is hard to get at If I remember.
But then yeah lets chuck the parts cannon at it before really finding its a fuse/relay
Thought you were the expert?

From my experience, the Td5 starter is easy and cheaper to rebuild.

A nut, not a bolt, but yeah!

There are enough threads on it on the forum, he'll find them with a bit of a search!

Bet it's just the contacts!

Just had a looksy under.
Looks ok to get at it .
If anything looks easier than the TDI to be fair.
Off out to get oily then....

Well not too bad. Motor out .
Pop a new one in morra.
Top bolt was a bit awkward
