i heard it reduces travel on disco too and tightens stuff up, but will take your word over others on that

defender one comes with a longer lower stick and a spacer to lift pivot point
disco kit is basically a different bias plate, with two bolts securing the adjuster pillar to the plate and you adjust that to alter bias to 3rd 4th

standard bias plate has slotted holes and the pillar as part of the plate, so you move the whole plate to adjust
