Voltage should come from pin 35 of C0658(ECU black plug) only with ignotion on as in the diagram i posted you(the part circled in red is irrelevant cos it's for autos), i didnt check at the ECU, check there with a neddle inserted in the wire at the black plug with engine running, if no voltage against body you can't do anything else than change the ECU, there are cases when remapped auto ECUs are fitted without internal mod then that's it, the CC will not work whatsoever, if you have voltage there better run a direct wire to the switch's plug pin 1. . download this https://www.dropbox.com/sh/47hbz40a...5PoX6eFVLa?preview=Electrical+libary+03MY.pdf go to connector views and you can see the pin disposals if you want to check at C0294 too. eventually make a continuity test between switch pin 1 black/white wire and ECU pin 35 with connectors unplugged.
