Hi help needed. Have replaced injector seals and now truck won't start it's pouring out smoke when turning over and does fire but when you give it any throttle it stops also when running it/firing it there is a loud nocking noise from the second cylinder I have replaced the seals twice as used aftermarket ones first time but now have genuine ones in and have also replaced pump in tank and one on side of engine. The injectors were replaced one by one so back in original place and was all done to the letter via Haynes manual so at a bit of a loss have tried the self bleed many times and still no luck any ideas? Thanks

did you turn the engine over by hand before trying to start it to make sure there was no interference?
