Aha, there they all are - little pins for the connector blocks and the seal to go in behind them.
When I'm doing things to my Land Rover's wiring I like to put a little dab of solder on the join between the wire and the terminal, so the crimp doesn't rattle loose as I drive around. It doesn't take much longer to do, and saves a lot of trouble fault finding later.

Thank you sir. I'll do thread on it this little bit of loom when I make it. As expected I had a couple of driver demand logs and I think an injector related one. I did the harness yest and she’s pulling nicely today.
OP my pedal tested fine and yours is brand new so should be fine. Id bet both are short/wiring related. Specialist agreed the rewiring was a good shout.
