Td5 glow plugs

Hi, I've stripped a head off to change the Headgasket. The push on connectors for the glow plugs just disintegrated as I touched them....
I've had a look about but can't seem to find much of a 'fix'....
There were only 1 working out of the 4 anyway.
Any help appreciated,

Cut them off and use proper ID( IIRC 4mm) insulated female bullet or banana plugs... the wiring is integral part of the engine main harness so not replaceable alone

Three of mine disintegrated. I had a loom with the replacement engine I bought so I cut three of them off that and soldered them onto my harness. Not the prettiest soldering job but strong.
