TD5 Electrical Issue

Been getting misfire, occasional, and fuel pump stopping. Replaced the injector loom with a Pace sealed unit, and cleaned the plug under the rocker, removed and cleaned the ECU and red plug. The blue connector pictured is faulty/poor connection as fuel pump not running but does when connector moved. Is this plug factory fitted. It was oily when I cleaned the ECU. Can the connector be pulled open to clean properly.

Pleased I decided to change the injector loom anyway, with oil leaking through to ECU

the connector is basically a male and female connector try https://www.automotiveconnectors.com/20-way-sumitomo-hm-splice-female-23mm090-blue.html you can find them on EBAY but some of the prices are greedy, to remove and replace the crimps just a matter of bending the retaining tab back but you will require a set of open barrel crimpers .the damage to to them is usually water ingress and I would also check the camshaft cover breather unit
