how much to replace both oil cooler pipes?

after both pipes were replaced, (rad had to come out) it has become Slow and juddery to pull away. With throttle blipping can get it up to 30 but on slight rise power drops right off and kick down operates.
It pulls away slowly and doesn’t change up but the speedo reads over "30" then it starts to move but it’s like a clutch slipping and if it drops down below "30" then try to accelerate it activates kick down on its own which is never usually used.
Any ideas?

Was the oil changed by respecting the correct procedure?

i dont know. I believe it was done at a LR dealers tho.
