I am struggling to find the part numbers for the master, slave and flexi pipe I need to replace the system on a '54 plate TD5 90. Paddocks seem to indicate that the master and slave are suitable for "all defenders" (if so happy days as I have spares of both on the shelf from my 110. but other suppliers list different part numbers. can nay one help out please.

I also assume that the replacement and setting up of the pedal is the same as for my earlier 110 model regarding pedal adjustment?

I replaced the master and slave on my 2005 td5 and these were the numbers I got from paddocks

As long as you lubricate the seals with brake fluid and a bit of grease on the piston and spring they should last as long as any expensive one's

"How much" I replaced my 2004 TD5 clutch 90 master cylinder about 6 years ago for around £12, had no problems with it, prices have gone up a bit but £15 gets one, loads on ebay, this link is just one of many.

One of Mike's video's,

I’ve been down the cheap parts before and found them to be shit but you can be lucky

I would be looking at trw/Lucas. That is what I use on the 110 and have good experience and life out of them. I would not fit bottom end parts I have also been down that road and regreted it.
