It has the look of something that's been added, probably a high consumer given the burning. Try tracing the wiring for more clues, pin 87, the burnt one, should go to whatever it's powering. You could also connect a 12v bulb or use multimeter between the wire that goes to pin 86 and an earth, then operate any/all switches in the cab to see which one is used to energise the relay.no mate, no spots, nothing extra, and it looks like it was originally there, it has that rubber cover and under it the relay.... here it is
