Td4 manual no power until Turbo kicks in

Update still not fixed removed injectors to be tested , one was blowing past the copper washer but they found nothing wrong with them, seems better power wise but the hot starting problem is still ther , also removed main diesel pump solinoid to check o ring - o ring ok

Any ideas the car is still sluggish but driveable , the intermittent non start ( mainly when hot) is more important now as worried it just won’t start one day

If any one has any thing to try please let me no as running out of ideas now was pretty sure they’d say an injector was down but that wasn’t the case
