TD4 Injector change URGENT ADVICE NEEDED PLEASE!!!

Hello folks. Just an up date on my td4. I took off the hp pump and bought a service kit and serviced it by replacing the seals on all three cylinder heads. Put it back and the car started and ran ok. Then the next day it refused to start again. So I m lost. I m now beginning to think the problem is electronic. By the way I cleaned all gunk from all the air intake pipe. How do you test for injector power feed? I also suspect the performance chip might be the culprit. Any ideas?
 
Thanks for the reply . I m trying to remove mine from a car that does not start after carrying out extensive tests. Done the resistance test , they all seem ok. Next will do the flow test to identify blockage and finally the click test..

I will try your method and see if it works.
This car uses piezo injectors, which can't be resistance tested with any degree of accuracy.
Unless an injector has stuck open, they don't normally cause starting issues, just running issues once started. Starting issues are often due to leaking pressure regulator O rings.
 
Thanks for the reply. I guess I have replace the regulator O ring again may it got damaged when I took it out when servicing the hp pump.
 
Hi everyone my free lander 1 driver’s side electric window has opened and now won’t come back up to shut ? I press the button up and down but all I hear is the electric motor working the window won’t budge can anyone help diagnose the problem….

Hi AnnuvaUser - you’re posting in quite an old thread about injector issues… suggest you create a new post about your specific issue so everyone can see it clearly. I’m sure there will be advice forthcoming.
(Have you taken the door card off yet to have a look? ;))
