As you can see, a lot of work goes into making them.
75/Zt owners who have been fitting them this wekend have all said the improvement is noticeable, wiht more torque and reduced or eliminated smoke with a Tu3 or Synergy on max.

Thinking of getting the EGR delete, at the moment I have a few concerns, have you got a few mins to take a look and answer my questions?
My TD4 has had a new turbo (seal went in my old 1 and i've got oil all in my intake pipes and i THINK in my intercooler (not confirmed but i do have oil in the plastic pipes on top of the engine) I've ordered some induction pipes and silicone hoses, and I'm looking at removing the Boosted air temp sensor and the EGR, my problem is... will this make it smoke more than it does? will this make my car run hotter? (I've read somewhere and i cant remember where that the EGR sends exhaust gases back through allowing the engine to run colder and its putting me off with all the information i've seen (i have a turbo back exhaust on at the moment too)

Any information you can give to help would be amazing!!!

You don't want to remove the boosted air temperature sensor as the ECU uses that to limit fuel at high intake temps.

Removing the EGR won't make the engine run hotter, as the TD4 runs cold anyway.
