The TC, ABS and HDC lights came on on my TD5 discovery 2, I did know I had badly worn front rh wheel bearing so replaced complete hub with ABS sensor. The 3 lights are still on do I need to have the lights put out / reset by a dealer (I had assumed the fault would clear automaticaly on fitting the new hub / sensor) or do I have another problem ie with one of the other wheel sensors. Thanks

Hi Charles P.

You must have asked the most common question ever in relation to the Disco 2 !.

These are known as the " Three Amigos ".

If you do a search on this you will have plenty of reading !.

thanks guys I knew about the 3 amigos I fairly sure my problem was to do with worn bearing, it was advisory at last mot and had got significantly worse over last few thousand miles, then lights went on so bit bullet and replaced hub with a replacement from 'Britpart' a lot less than gen LR. I had not realised I would need to get fault cleared for lights to go out and ABS TC to function again, I thought ECU continuously checked sensors and would clear its self with new part fitted.

Looks like I will need a visit to LR after all to put on the computer and clear fault, (Im based in Einburgh) Thanks guys
