I have put hot dipped galvanised chassis, heavy duty springs, electronic ignition, and have a neighbour who loves pottering with historic vehicles who has done all work when needed. 26500 genuine milage which I have provenance for, It has 2.6 straight 6 petrol engine which is quite rare.
I am 81 years old and riddled with arthritis so have decided it's time to part company.

I had been looking for one to replace my 2a which needed a lot of work, and got it on an ebay auction. Carried an average of 25 tons of hardwood logs a winter for our 2 large wood burners. Now all electric, and has been used for favours for friends for 8 years. Was offered £6,500 for it 4years ago, so would be looking for offers over seven. It's a genuine motor, with some emissions pipework which I think was for the North American market.

Looks good, a 109 isn't my ideal vehicle, a SWB is.
However, as others have suggested it looks tidy, a few dents and a bit of rust are to be expected on a landy of this age, so I have no issues with that at all.
Where in the country are you? I would need to come and view. Another ideal, is not having to travel to Lands end, to view a vehicle, if you understand.
As I stand at present the price would need a bit of wiggle room. As I understand a straight 6 is quite a rarity on Landy's, should be no issues with engine with that type of mileage.
I very much look forward to your reply. I am pretty much available to come and view at anytime depending on travel distance, and the weather, as I will come on my bike which should fit in the back.
