Swivel pin housing oil

Just done a check on one and the oil came out the top filler plug!
Is it ok to have the oil level over the 'level' plug?

sounds like it's axle oil, leaking into the swivel housing, seals might have gone...but if i'm wrong please somebody correct me, if it is that, it's not complicated just time consuming

I'm thinking it might have something to do with the slight 'lean' the vehicle is on. Mind you it still ought not to be that high.
I'm thinking it's been over-filled.
