Having got the alternator back onto the car, following the improv repair to the front harness wiring..... This is what happened

Glad you got it all fixed - always nice when a fix works properly!!

I also thought the dash lights looked pretty dark - but then I have gotten used to looking at my LED converted one for the last 18 months!
