SVS wiring mod.

Can anyone give me a link on how to do the wiring modification?

I have done a search but some of the links that I have looked at on here in the past don't seem to work anymore.

Virgin Islands Land Rover Site used to carry it:

....and still has:

Thanks for that. The other links to this site just took me to a home page and I couldn't get any further.

Just started doing the SVS mod late this afternoon. I have now got the switch pack detached from the ABS modulator but I can't, for the life of me, get the wiring plug to come out. Is there a particular trick to getting it out?

Also, rather annoyingly, I was a member of the D2 Boys Club but now I don't seem to be able to log on, so I am now waiting for my new registration to go through.

Thanks. Managed to get it out with a pair of long nosed pliers. Switch resistance readings are all good, so just need to solder on the wires and get it all back together again.

An update on this thread.

I did the wiring mod and got it all back together a couple of days after my last post in June. Absolutely no sign of the three amigos since then and traction control and ABS all working as it should.

Might tackle the leaking sunroofs over Christmas, that will be another D2 common problem crossed off the list.
