Okay then, who's up for a Surrey laning trip, lets say Sunday 30 May, BBQ at mine in Richmond (upon da thames) afterwards, camping available in my garden for anyone who wants to get poegeye (blind stinking drunk) and remember you have the Monday Bank Hol to recover..
Any volunteers to help with navigation, because I'm not that hot on the lanes in Surrey...

Would you have space for a noobie in a standard RRC please?
Definately, do you have recovery points though ? Sort of but just the std ones
If not, you can just sit out any scary stuff... and you do know paintwork can get scratched occasionally by thick bush...

Important to put your names down, expecially for the BBQ, as I need to slaughter some animals..
classic are simple enought to fit jate ring sto at the front.Didnt have mine on at the back cos iof the tow bar but should be simple enough id sayA recovery point is just somewhere solid on the chassis where we can tow you out of a mud patch or ditch should you have the misfortune of falling in one. Without them we would either have to seriously damage your vehicle getting you out, or just leave you there If you don't have recovery points it's an easy mod def essential doing, just get some (pref 2 front and 2 back) jate rings from somewhere, say Keith Gott (open Sat morn) and easy just one bolt to fit
Maybe do a forum search on rangie recovery points as there may be other options available, there certainly will be advice and fitting instructions.
Cool to bring your dog, to both events
new project to add to the rest:
1966 series II V8
Paddocks have still not sent my bloody parts out! If it arrives tommorow, I can fix the lights and get it MOTed on Saturday (Presuming nothing else needs doing....) I might be able to come...
Not looking good though
You should list all your vehicles in your signature, so we can keep up
