Surrey greenlanes?

very true, but technically those tracks are on private property and therefore walkers and cyclists shouldnt be there as the only RoW is the byway

Anyone know any good Land Rover Garages round L'head? Or have any experiance with Inside out 4x4? Not needing to get any work done to the landys need to know a good garage not to far away for somthing else and would prefer it if they delt with Landys :)

Some of the trenches that had been dug accross non legal tracks to prevent people driving them could have been very dangerouse to walkers and cyclist. Also cutting trees down to block people from going off the byway looked worse than the damage thay were ment to be stopping.

Its even more tempting to drive down a TRO'd lane when theyve provided a challange. Why cant they just use a locked gate anyway?

Inside Out are brilliant you'll have no trouble with them. Definitly worth the travel, though i think there about the closest. Anyway, it would still be worth the travl if they were half way across the country as far as im conserned.

:nospamhere:

You on there pay roll or something? :p

I need a work placement for college and want something i would enjoy... Gonna send a E-mail to em in a moment :) Hopefully they will have me.

Bloody Main stealer ignored me e-mails a letter... Bastards!

I have done all the exams, have the hours and have done the practical tests, so yes i qualify as a pilot now! :D But i do still need to do the UK radio exam befor i can fly an aircraft with a radio here, and its iligal to fly without a radio. i have a new found respect for C-152s though. WWHHHHOOOOOOO!!!!!!! They spin well and are very chuckable.

Pirate, its coming along, give me a fiew weeks expedition in central Africa then ask me again.

What happened to your 90 SW? The pick up is very nice and perhaps too off road capable for my liking (better than mine). :p Also the silver makes it look like its its a TD5 XS....is it??? :suspicious:

Good Stuff with the Piloting :D

The truck is not that off road capable, in fact after last weekend where I got stuck alot, I'm thinking of selling it and going harder :p O and it's an 88 DT with a Disco 200TDI that some mullet painted to look like a XS.

The SW is very cool, it now has a 200tdi Engine, 6 Wheels (ie 2 Spares), and a very funky side exit exhaust. (so I can fit another fuel tank to the back) It's going to the paint shop tomorrow where it is going get a paint job, either Matte Black, or Dove Grey like this:

Think the Grey is probably more sensible.... But open to opinions :D

I think in certain parts of the world that colour is assosiated with being a homosexual, and they are the same parts where they shoot homosexuals :D Anyway I'm not taking the chance :p

Shoot the dog !

:eek:and to think people pay you to look after their furry loved ones:p

Rich I'm not sure what you are talking about, but pilots shouldn't do drugs :D

Anyway, you know how I always wanted to do the landy Matte Black, and the Dove Grey was a sensible option, well it turns out the painter has always wanted to paint a Landy Matte Black, sooooooo... It's gonna be Matte Black Baby ! Yea !
