Sunroofs not working

I just bought my first Disco and i love it but a few things i have to fix.
Firstly neither sunroofs work, the fuse is ok. Can anyone point me in the right direction to start. Cheers

Disconnect the switch and silicone them shut lol
Check the switches mine were disconnected cos they leaked profusely

Chances are, that's wots been done already coz of all the water cooling .

Hi Davecoo, have you tried the "Sunroof" ECU, up behind the front interia light? I have a 97 ES and my front sunroof would close but not open and the rear one the motor was seized. I replaced the ECU and rear motor, now have two working sunroof's, hope this has helped.

Try this, mine was being a bit awkward for a while

It would only work if you took the switch panel out of the housing and pressed the buttons, when they were in the housing they would only open but not close

Everything is connected, i took the switch panel out and the front roof opens and shuts but not when i put it back. The eceu clicks when i try the back one.I guess i must try another ecu

or take the trim off around the back one, there is 1 screw holding the head lining up, under the switch ( pull out switch, look in hole where switch came from, 1 pozzy screw) with the screw out the headlining will drop enough to disconnect the motor so you can put a current across it to make sure it's not the motor thats not working?
