sundon lanes near luton?

I assume it's that because when I accelerate at any rate above 40mph it sounds like I'm going to take off. I figure maybe a hose is damaged or loose or I could be completely wrong and my landy is turning into a spitfire!!! :confused:

yeah i have been to devils pit twice i am lokking at going to whaddon on the 25th of jan i havent been there yet but it sounds better

Go down the A6 to Redbourne. At the second roundabout turn left to st albans. There is a turn on the left toward the mill. A shoprt way down here is a double ford. Fun in low water but as always... look and evaluate first. It can be really embarassing to conk out in the middle of a river and not be able to start again!
 
Hi All,
I have posted on here a few times before, the reason i joined was because i'd met one of you down a lane at steppingley!
I went for the first time the other weekend to whaddon, but didnt do so well as i was only on little road tyres and was on my own! (ahhhhh...)
Since last weekend, i have bought some M/T tyres and am looking at going this coming weekend. Will any of you be going this coming weekend as i'd quite like to meet up with you all, makes it more enjoyable as its not as fun riding around on your own!

We are out on the 24th Sat, there will be a good few of us so there will be mabe 2 or 3 groups going out laning around Luton/Hitchen and then Buntingford/Standon. You are most welcome to join us. I think the plan is to hook all the groups together for a photo and a pub lunch.

Remember a Note to everyone if you havent already got decent recovery points front and back, you will need to get some bolted on for Whaddon and laning if you need help fitting some shout we can usually arrange to help you fit them. Standard landrover tie down loops attached to the chassis are not good enough!

(Nothing worst that a really stuck mota and nothing safe or substansial enough to tow from). Jai
