Sorry just seen all the replies and I'm not even going to bite. They've been out a few times on lanes in the area that have been fine, the pug got around the track fine just this bit dips either side and husband got unlucky. Easiest way to get out will be, once out, to reverse back down as its not far up at all.

@Huntinghicap this is the location of the car. That's Wilmington Church at the side.

fair play but who ever does it remember golden rule they have to come out the way they went in.

Not 100% certain I agree with you there, all too often on modern motors they have under trays etc that are fine going forwards but will be ripped off being dragged backwards, minimal damage is the key.

I am sure we will get an update when the responder is on site.

good will is a thing of the past its been replaced with blame and claim.
so carefull out there.

That's why we have disclaimer forms for folks to print off readily and we have a team of "dispatch agents" available to help over see and offer guidance remotely, it's not perfect, nothing ever is, but we are here mainly for the forum members who need a hand and appreciate the fact that there "might" be minor damage during difficult recoveries but we urge respondents to air on the side of caution at all times and to use the collective wisdom to try and find the safest and least damaging method possible, as far as I am aware LZIR was never set up to be a cheapo recovery service for Joe public to abuse at will and when new members join for the sole purpose of recovery it becomes a double edge sword that we must all take care not to get caught in a trap of someone else's making.

The disclaimer forms are there to try and make sure that both the owner of the vehicle being recovered and the recovery vehicle/s are taking a moment to pause and fully consider the operation, think twice and act once if you will.
