stuck Gearbox

Can you believe it? I have lent my 1972 Range Rover to someone and they have jammed the gearbox! Typical, just shows you never to loan anything! Anyway, taken gearstick out and all that looks ok, anyone got any ideas what its likely to be? It seems to be stuck in neutral.

Gosh..I rather hope not! Sounds like its going to be a gearbox out job though.
