it looks broke whatever it is, could it be off one of your electrical trunking, on the right hand side as u look at the engine, near the battery u will see some hoses that carry wires
plus ref the washer, can get one in halfords or better still ur main dealer , motor factors

Hmmmm its stamped 2008, with what looks like a Toyota stamp on it? Looks like someones cut it off looking at the clean edges
