these are the finished (pre painted) hinges



ive got them working now, the wings are a bit 'floppy' i was going to build a frame and strengthen them so they stay in position but i might just make a stand like a bonnet stay that clips into them and supports them from the floor
when they are in position they clip to the front panel which now has 2 extra strengthening bars running to the bulkhead

just a quick update, ive got this done now, well on the road and working MOT'd etc.
still got a lot to do but this is a fairly recent picture

Looking very smart what are you going to use it for with winch etc looks like your set up for some offroading.

thanks, i am using for a bit of light offroading, already taken it laning round peak district for a test run a couple of weeks back and it did ok

i made a couple of tree sliders for it last week to help protect the sides



also use if for general work, towing carrying heavy stuff etc.i do plan to do a few overland trips abroad when i get round to it.
