Is it easy to change the FIP diaphragm? I don't think you have to make any adjustments when you remove the EGR valve.I'm wonderring whether the settings of the pump might be slightly off because it had EGR on it originally. I know it shouldn't make any difference but I'll compare the adjustments to my other pump and see
Its still not right. Ffs this is getting beyond a joke now.
There is a definate vibration when the engine is revved, I think it'll still be there at idle too if I adjust it back a bit.
Now I have a rythmical noise like a cash machine makes as its counting your money, which I think might be from the vac pump but not certain.
It also feels flat now when I put my foot down, the turbo spins up and it does have power but doesn't feel as lively as it did before changing the lift pump and vac pump.
I just don't understand, it really is ****ing me off now. It pulls really clean and smoothly, it makes no sense!
