Stereo/Dash Wiring access

Hi All.

I'm trying to pass an RCA cable from the fuse box up behind the stereo in the dash. Usually with cables I just poke a wire coathanger through tape the wire on the pull it back but these are too wide.

Is there an easy way of improving the access?

The cable route from the fuse box up to the dash is very tight with just the factory harness, once you start adding cables it becomes impossible.

You could run an RCA/Phono cable without a connector and, once it's through, solder on the connector.
