Steering wheel + boss kit

Been trying to find a smaller steering wheel an boss kit to fit my 200 disco but can't seem to find any decent ones. Anybody got a racing steering wheel on their 200 disco and could u tell me where u got it from?!?!?!? Cheers all.

The boss for a Rover 214 fits and then add your steering wheel from Demon Tweeks. I'd love to hear that conversation.

Who says it's not a racing vehicle, its not the vehicle, it's how ya drive it kid! Just want something smaller n a bit smarter looking an all smaller steering wheels are described as 'sports or racing' steering wheels.

And seeing as the original wheel is a disgrace I completely see your point.

I personally fitted this mainly for the dish so that I could have a better seat position, note the modified gearstick...

200 and 300 steering columns are DIFFERENT!

Austin Metro wheel fits 200, Rover 200 wheel fits 300!!

Yes I do like my gadgets but the general rule with this car is that ever since Day One every piece of equipment has been fitted to address or rectify a problem, nothing gets fitted for the sake of it.

The gearstick is extended (weld a piece of metal rod on) and bent accordingly.

It's to do with having bucket seats I can now sit lower and more rearward, hence the dished wheel, but I needed to bring the gearstick closer to me as 1st was a stretch so I moved it rearward, closer to the wheel basically.

And yeah it's actually a yellow marker on the wheel but its to help you establish dead ahead if you're busy giving it oppo, which doesn't happen that regularly in the old disco!
