Steering wheel audio control interface - 2001 TD4

Hello everyone,
My TD4 has a pioneer head unit and a steering wheel control stalk but no interface unit between the two. I researched as much as I can and come up with "C1897" but can't find any way to buy this module. I'm posting pics of the plug in the car (I guess it's the white socket and the 3.5mm jack in the back of the head unit. Any help is gratefully received.

Those stereo wiring looms and converters are all sci-fi to me - can't help with that.

However, I can help with including pics in a post. You click the "Upload a file" button at the bottom of the screen and select the image. It will list the image under the post once uploaded - you can leave it like that as a thumb nail, or you can click the "Full Image" button next to it to insert it as a 'big' image in the post where the cursor is (move cursor to where you want it before clicking button).

You'll need to get a converter as the LR HU manufacturer used a different range of resistances to most other HU manufacturers for its wheel controls.
