Steering knuckle collett.

Hi folks, just to make sure I've got this right, when reassembling the steering knuckle to fit back onto the balljoints the collet should be tightened all the way?

Pic might be best, as your description is slightly confusing.
The knuckle is bottom left and collett is on the other side of it. It’s a very standard truck.

My apologies I did not realise it was a td5 axle, unknown territory to me.
I read and reread your message, thinking what the hell is he on about knuckle!

Hi, my fault entirely, I should have stated it was a TD5
