Steering box Tie Bar issue

Good morning

The 12mm bolts i have fit nice in the holes in the steering box the holes int the tie bar bracket ting are a lot bigger.

Is this right?

It was like this when it took it off. Wrong one maybe?

I left Mine oose until i had centralised the axle with steering/panard rod.
Once done I tighten up
